1. Who these terms are between
The programme is run by Trancka (PSDfuel), Kennedylaan 51, 5571 KB Bergeijk, the Netherlands, KvK 74839918. “You” is the person or business whose affiliate application we accepted. Joining the programme does not make you an employee, agent or partner of PSDfuel, and it does not let you act or speak on our behalf.
2. Eligibility
- You need a PSDfuel account, and you apply with it. Approval is by hand and at our discretion.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and able to receive payment lawfully.
- We can decline an application without giving a reason. We will tell you either way.
3. What you earn
- 20% of each eligible payment made by a customer attributed to you, for 12 months from that customer's first payment. The 12 months run per customer, not from the date you joined.
- The eligible amount is what the customer actually paid, after any discount or coupon, excluding VAT and other taxes. We do not pay commission on tax we forward to a tax authority, or on money a discount gave away.
- Renewals count. A monthly plan earns on each monthly payment; an annual plan earns once per annual payment, on the amount actually paid.
- A free trial earns nothing until it converts. Commission arises on a successful payment, never on a signup, a trial, or a subscription merely existing.
4. How referrals are attributed
- A referral is recorded when someone follows your link and we set a first-party cookie in their browser. The cookie lasts 30 days.
- Last touch wins. If someone follows links from more than one affiliate, the most recent affiliate within the 30-day window is credited.
- An existing customer is not re-attributed. Once someone has paid under another affiliate’s attribution, a later click on your link does not move them to you.
- Attribution depends on the visitor’s browser accepting a cookie and on them returning in the same browser. We cannot credit a referral we did not record, and we do not track people across devices.
5. When you get paid
- A commission is pending for 30 days after the payment, which covers the period in which a refund or chargeback can still happen.
- After that it becomes available, and you can request a payout once your available balance is at least $50.00.
- Payouts are made by hand, to the PayPal, Wise or bank details you give us. Payment is in USD.
- Any transfer fee or currency conversion charged by your payment provider is yours, not ours.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We do not withhold tax.
6. Refunds, chargebacks and corrections
- If a payment is refunded, the commission on it is reversed in proportion to the refund. A half refund reverses half the commission.
- If a payment is disputed or charged back, the commission on it is reversed in full.
- If a reversal happens after we have already paid you, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
- We may correct a balance that is wrong through an adjustment on your account. Every adjustment carries a reason and is visible to you.
- If a customer later cancels, commissions you already earned on their past payments stay yours. Only future payments stop, because there are none.
7. What is not allowed
- Referring yourself. You cannot earn commission on your own account or your own payment details, through a second account or otherwise.
- Bidding on our brand. No paid search or social ads on “PSDfuel”, misspellings of it, or our domain name.
- Pretending to be us. No site, account, profile or email that could be mistaken for PSDfuel, and no claims about the product that are not true.
- Coupon, cashback and deal sites that intercept traffic which was already on its way to us.
- Spam of any kind: unsolicited email, bulk messaging, comment spam, or posting your link where it is off-topic and unwanted.
- Faking traffic or signups, including automated clicks, bots, or accounts created to trigger commission.
- Promotion alongside adult, illegal, hateful or misleading content.
If we find any of this, we can withhold or reverse the commissions concerned and close your affiliate account. We will tell you what we found.
8. Using our name and artwork
You may use the PSDfuel name, logo and product screenshots to promote us honestly, in the form we provide them. Do not alter the logo, and do not use our branding in a way that suggests you are us or that we endorse something we have not seen. We can ask you to stop using them at any time.
9. Ending the arrangement
- You can leave whenever you like. Commissions already earned and not reversed will still be paid once they pass the threshold.
- We can suspend or close an affiliate account for a breach of these terms, or close the programme with reasonable notice.
- If we close the programme, we will pay balances that are available or pending at that point, subject to the same refund rules.
- Fraud is the exception: commissions arising from it are forfeited.
10. Changes
We may change these terms and the commission rate. A change applies to commissions earned after it takes effect and never retroactively: a commission keeps the rate and terms that applied when it was earned. We will tell affiliates about material changes by email.
11. Data protection
Referral tracking uses one first-party cookie and our own records. We do not sell data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers. What we store, and for how long, is described in the privacy policy. Your dashboard deliberately never shows you who your referrals are: you see that a signup or a sale happened and what you earned, never a name, an email address or any payment detail.
12. Law
Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law where you live says otherwise.
