1. What the licence covers
Every asset in the PSDfuel library is a layered Photoshop file (PSD) made by PSDfuel. When you download an asset as a member, Trancka (“we”) grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use that asset under these terms. The same licence text ships inside every ZIP as LICENSE.txt.
2. What you may do (Pro and Lifetime)
- Use the asset in an unlimited number of thumbnails, covers, video graphics and similar designs.
- Use it for your own channels and for client work, including paid work.
- Edit every layer: text, colours, logos, numbers and layout.
- Keep using anything you made with it after your membership ends.
3. What you may not do
- Share, sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the file itself, edited or not, in whole or in part, including inside template packs, bundles, courses or “asset drops”.
- Upload it to any file-sharing, marketplace or asset site, or make it available to people who are not covered by your membership.
- Use it in a way that claims to be an official product or communication of the platform it depicts, or that is misleading, defamatory or unlawful.
- Use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models.
4. Free assets
The assets offered on psdfuel.com/free are for personal, non-commercial use only. Everything in section 3 applies to them as well. A membership upgrades them to the full licence.
5. Teams
A membership is for one person. A studio or agency needs one membership per designer who opens the files. Write to us for team pricing.
6. Third-party marks
Assets recreate screen elements of well-known platforms as designed illustrations for thumbnails. Platform names and logos belong to their respective owners. PSDfuel is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. You are responsible for how you use a depiction of a third-party mark in your own work.
7. Ending the licence
The licence for assets you downloaded during a valid membership continues after the membership ends. We may end the licence if you breach section 3; in that case you must stop using the affected files.
8. Warranty
Assets are provided as they are. We do our best to keep every file clean, named and compatible with current Photoshop versions, but we cannot guarantee a specific result in your work. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms.
