1. The short version
A membership opens the whole library the moment you pay. That is the point of it, and it is also why the statutory 14-day cooling-off period ends when your access starts: the law lets a buyer trade that period for immediate delivery, and asks us to make sure you know it. That is the box you tick before paying.
So you are not left with nothing. If you have not downloaded anything, write to contact@psdfuel.com within 14 days and we refund you in full, whether or not you ticked the box. We would rather hand back $19 than keep money from someone who never used the library.
2. Why there is a box at all
Because digital files cannot be handed back. Once you have the PSDs, returning them means nothing: you still have them. The law deals with that by letting the cooling-off period end early, but only if you asked for it yourself, in a statement separate from the terms. Hence one tick, next to the price, never pre-ticked.
If you would rather keep the full 14 days, do not take a membership yet. The four free assets are yours without any of this, and the library is open to browse.
3. When the right stays
The tick is the only thing that ends it. It is never set for you, and no payment is taken until you set it, so a membership cannot start without it. We repeat both statements in the email you get after paying, so you have them in writing.
If a purchase ever went through without that tick, the right stands for the full 14 days and stays standing even after you have downloaded something.
4. How to withdraw
Fourteen days, counted from the day you take the membership. Send us an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing before they are up. Email to contact@psdfuel.com is enough, and so is the form in section 6. You may use your own words; the form is offered, not required. Sending it on the last day is in time. For the free assets there is nothing to withdraw from: they cost nothing and no contract for payment is concluded.
Cancelling a membership is a different thing and needs no form: that is Account → Manage billing, in the same number of clicks it took to join. Cancelling stops future payments. Withdrawing undoes the purchase.
5. What you get back
The full amount you paid, including any tax, within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal, through the same payment method you used. There are no costs for you and no fee for withdrawing. Pro is $19 a month or $149 a year; whichever you paid comes back in full.
Files you already downloaded stay on your computer, but the licence to use them ends with the contract, so you may no longer use them in your work.

7. If we disagree
Write to us first: most of this is settled in one email. If that does not work, Dutch law applies and the courts of the Netherlands are competent, without prejudice to your right as a consumer in the EU to the mandatory protection of your own country and to go to the court where you live. We are not affiliated to a disputes committee. The terms cover the rest of the agreement.
