1. Who we are
psdfuel.com is run by Trancka, Kennedylaan 51, 5571 KB Bergeijk, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 74839918, VAT id NL004335563B02. You can reach us at contact@psdfuel.com.
2. The service
PSDfuel is a library of layered Photoshop assets for thumbnail designers. Anyone can browse the library. Members can download every published asset for as long as their membership is valid. A few assets are free against an email address. Use of the files is governed by the Licence, which is part of these terms.
3. Accounts
You need an account to download as a member. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Memberships and prices
We offer Pro at $19 a month or $149 a year (recurring, cancel anytime) and Lifetime at $249 once. Prices are in US dollars. Whether tax is added depends on your country and is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
A Pro membership renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime under Account → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime means for as long as PSDfuel exists; we intend that to be a very long time, and section 9 explains what happens if it is not.
5. Immediate access and the right of withdrawal
Because you get digital content immediately, you expressly ask us to start the service right away and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as you download your first asset. If you have not downloaded anything, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to contact@psdfuel.com and we will refund the payment.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, downloads are paused until the payment goes through. Stripe retries automatically and we email you a link to update your card. If the payment cannot be collected, the membership ends.
7. Fair use
Downloads are limited to a reasonable number per hour to keep the service fast for everyone. Bulk-downloading the library, sharing an account, scraping, or circumventing the download system is not allowed and may end your membership without refund.
8. Changes to the library and prices
The library grows over time; individual assets may be replaced or retired. We may change prices for new periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the price of a period you already paid for never changes. Lifetime holders never pay again.
9. Ending the service
Should PSDfuel ever shut down, we will give at least 60 days’ notice so you can download what you need. Files you downloaded remain licensed under the Licence. Pro memberships will not be renewed after the notice; Lifetime holders who bought within the previous 12 months get a pro-rated refund.
10. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, and as required by law. Beyond that, our total liability towards you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data.
11. Intellectual property
The assets, the site and the PSDfuel name are ours or licensed to us. The Licence tells you what you may do with the assets; everything else stays with us.
12. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection of your own country also applies. We would rather solve any problem by email first; if that fails, the courts of the Netherlands are competent, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to go to the court of your own country. 13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
